I just visited this restaurant today, Saturday, September 3rd, and I had a very disappointing experience. The man at the counter was quite rude. I ordered a coconut lime ice pop, but it tasted terrible—almost like lotion. When I brought this to their attention, they refused to help, offering neither a refund nor store credit. Overall, the customer service was just unacceptable.

This is my favorite place to visit whenever I want to indulge! Every time I come here, it lifts my spirits. It's a charming little spot in the neighborhood, and the staff—whom I affectionately refer to as "popmeisters"—are consistently welcoming. I could enjoy their spirulina matcha smoothie at any time of day, and I would still find myself craving it. It's absolutely delicious!

My family and I absolutely love this restaurant. The food is fantastic and they offer some unique choices. My favorite dish is the grilled cheese with bacon—it's delicious! Their shakes, smoothies, and açaí bowls are incredible as well. I really think they should expand in the Tampa Bay area. I highly recommend this place!

Best spot for icecream, pops, and really great grilled cheeses (using Jamison Breadhouse breads)! This is my family’s favorite spot. We make a weekly visit and it’s become special to us now.
