I came here for the first time and was blown away by how fresh everything is. The romaine salad is incredibly green and crisp, which is hard to come by. It was just perfect. The café is clean, and the girl at the counter was very friendly. The portions are huge as well. Please maintain this high quality, and I will definitely become a regular!

I was a bit frustrated but decided to go ahead and pay for the ranch. When I was ready to pay the $1, they informed me that they could not accept card payments for orders under $3 to $5. I explained that I only had my card and no cash, hoping they would accommodate me, but the staff member insisted that she couldn't help me. At this point, I was losing my patience. I told her it wasn't my fault that they didn't hear my initial request. I asked to speak to the manager, who came over. I explained the situation, but rather than apologizing and trying to resolve the issue, she reiterated that they couldn't take my card for such a small amount. It felt like I was being blamed for their mistake. Frustrated, I told my fiancé that we wouldn’t be getting our ranch dressing because of the poor customer service. Overall, I do not recommend this place, and I know I won't be returning.

Generous portion sizes. The food is outstanding. Definitely worth the $14 for a plate. I couldn't finish it in one sitting!
