Saunaravintola Kuuma - Tampere

Delicious food for a reasonable price! The place is on the water with large windows and large lighting. We started with a salad from Couscous and we had salmon with smeared carrots as the main dish that was very good. Definitely a great experience in Tampere!

It was such a beautiful experience! I totally recommend it! The two saunas are beautiful, very small and cozy. One of them is a smoked, it has an amazing smell and creates a unique atmosphere. The place offers a magnificent view of the city and the river, a beautiful outdoor area and many seating options to relax. The interior is a beautifully decorated room with warm lights and comfortable sofas. The staff is friendly and the amenities offered are pretty good. We had breakfast, pork with berries, fruits such as watermelon and pineapple, and of course tea and coffee.

This sauna restaurant in the centre of Tampere is ideal for lunch as they offer a packed lunch. You can eat in their heated greenhouses at Tammerkoski Quayside and be sure to enjoy a sauna session before or after.

Tampere is a capital of the world when it comes to sauna culture, so this is one of the most important things to do during the visit. The mixed sauna experience (two large saunas and an extra private one if you want to keep it more personal) and an outdoor seat, swings and a pool designed to cool down in the river of the city while watching the life of the city nearby. It is advisable to have your own towel and bathing suit as the saunas are public, but it is also possible to rent.

Friendly staff, good food and coffee, excellent ambiance and sauna with wood fired ovens. Had a nice platform for dipping into the lake (est. 42 degrees Fahrenheit). Wish I had another day to visit this place again. Highly recommend.
