Nando's - Tamworth

Service was amazing Owen made me feel welcome and at home, would come back to this Nando’s purely because of his customer service, on top of this the food was amazing, better than the last Nando’s in Darlington I went too.

I can not believe how rude the lady serving on the till at 240pm Sunday 16th July was! I told her I was an order to collect and she literally spoke through me to the guy behind me “are you all to collect” proceeding to serve him and not even acknowledge me!

I have never been disappointed when it comes to food at Nandos. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because we were asked if we wanted plates when we had ordered a sharing platter.

I have no idea how we did it, but we some how managed to get a Red Reward (10 Chillies) which meant we could have a Free Whole Chicken, two regular sides. Chicken was pretty average. Nothing special, and probably a bit too much black charring going on to the skin. That said, it was all free and filled us up with out 2 sides. Staff on the night we visited were very pleasant and helpful.

We popped in here to grab some chicken. Unfortunately they were shortstaffed and something wrong in the kitchen so we had to wait for an hour. But the food came out very quick and very tasty the chicken was very succulent. The venue is nice and clean and pleasant staff.
