We had a great meal at a bakery on the Salmon River in Tamworth. The spicy Jamaican patty and the ribs were delicious, highly recommend them.

The River Bakery offers a great selection of eat or take away menu items that can vary from smoked salmon to mouth watering ribs. They also retail a selection of bread, coffee and unique frozen food products.

We came to Tamworth for the Canada Day long weekend to get out of the city. We ended up at the River Bakery every day, because the food was great. We had a generous platter of ribs one night, and some great baked goods on...the other days

A visit to this restaurant in Tamworth is a must! The food is delicious, the host is welcoming, and the service is top-notch. You can relax on their charming terrace while enjoying a satisfying lunch or a tasty snack. Their lunch options are irresistible.

Superb! We stopped here for breakfast and bought 4 different pastries to share.... and then we came back to buy more for our break the following day as they would not be open for our early departure. Coffee was delicious I had four refills!
