Visited our local curry house, as usual servicesomewhat vague. Food was to the usual good standard. Why is there a need to overcharge? When challenged, the waiter replied his mistake. Although the mistake was rectified, it spoils an otherwise enjoyable evening.

The worst curry we have ever had. We had a bad one from here awhile ago but thought we would try again. The food used to be great but now the chicken was dry and chewy and fit only for the bin.

Takeaway- have to say, the worst takeaway I’ve had in a very long time. Food was extremely oily. Starters were very dry. Phoned restaurant and they weren’t interested in any way to put it right. As a family of 4, the whole lot has ended up in the bin.

A cherished Warlingham institution, celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. Long narrow interior creates a very cosy atmosphere. Menu is typical of most curry houses. Prices cheap by 2023 standards, so good value for money. Service is fast and attentive, but occasionally the waiter’s manner can be a bit abrupt.

We ordered a takeout curry for two with delivery and were highly disappointed. The chicken jalfrezi and chicken tikka masala had minimal chicken, which was dry and tough. We have been loyal customers of this curry house for more than 20 years and have always been satisfied with the quality. However, after this disappointing experience, we have decided to switch to a new curry house. This is not the first time we have been let down, so it's time for a change.
