Horizon Cafe Seaview Lounge

I loved the beef fried rice noodle dish at this restaurant. It was one of the best I've ever had, with tender and well-seasoned beef. The flavors were delicate and not overpowering like some other Indo-Chinese places. Additionally, the manager Shah made sure we felt extremely comfortable during our meal.

I visited this restaurant 2 years ago when it was only a seafood cafe, but now it has been transformed into a delicious and pleasant cafe. The staff are very courteous and friendly. If you enjoy spicy, flavorful, and fresh food, this is the place for you! The cafe is conveniently located near Hotel Sentral Seaview Penang. Many thanks to the talented chef! I recently hosted my son's 1st birthday party at this restaurant. It was a fantastic venue for events or parties. My guests and I had a wonderful time together in the afternoon. The best part was that it was child-friendly with a small area for kids to run around, safely enclosed for our private party. The food was good, the atmosphere was great, and the staff, including the ladyboss, were friendly. I will definitely return in the future.

Had a great night out at the Indochine cafe. The food was excellent and it was evident that only the finest ingredients are used to make delicious food. Fantastic atmosphere in this authentic and modern restaurant. Would thoroughly recommend a night here.
