Pancho Villa's - Tannersville

As I’ve said before, I’m pretty picky about Mexican food being a native Texan. The chips and salsa here were nice. I got the cheese enchiladas suizas. Generous portions and everything was delicious. Parked in the back, was quite busy. Did have an issue with the bill (was about $50 less than it should have been, not our order at all) that took a while to resolve. About $80 for 4 people with drinks. Cute interior, a little cramped when busy. Would definitely eat here again.

Called multiple times with a busy signal and finally got through. we tried to order takeout on a saturday night but they said they were too busy and aren’t doing takeout, which is totally understandable. then when we asked how long the wait was to eat in, they hung up on us. super disappointing, we ended up getting pizza to go in hunter instead. seems like they can’t handle a busy night.

Delicious and very Fresh Home style Mexican food! Margaritas are amazing! This is a Delicious choice for sure. Menu is extensive. Another Great Meal at Pancho's??

I’ve had their food a few times now and it’s subpar at best.

This place is a JOKE. This review is asking me if I dined in or got take out. Funny, because the owner REFUSED to offer take out. (My child cannot sit still at restaurants so waiter service was not an option.)And the worst part? My kid has food allergies and his options are limited, especially in the late evening when we walked in. We expressed this to the owner and he still refused to serve us one simple burrito to go for our child.The owner word for word said, I can 't make exceptions for you .An exception? This is literally my child 's life we 're talking about. The owner 's complete DISREGARD for my child 's well being is despicable.I have never been personally discarded by a food establishment, let alone the owner of said establishment. We were level headed and polite to the owner, so we are shocked that he showed no concern for our situation.The BBB will be hearing about this.
