Tucked away in this hidden gem, I was charmed by the interior and beautiful surroundings of Sweden's oldest restaurant. I definitely plan on returning.
The hotel itself was excellent. Clean, comfortable and modern. It sits on lovely grounds, and comfortable chairs both outside and in the lobby welcome guests to sit and chat. BUT watch out for the restaurant! Maybe it was just a bad night, but the night we were there was an extremely unsatisfactory fish buffet with limited dishes which wound up costing us almost $175 for the two of us and we left hungry.
The hotel is beautifully decorated, each room tells about the history of the hotel. the restaurant in the next building has a well balanced menu, the service is really good, we enjoyed both the hotel and the restaurant.
A really nice hotel with a long history. the current supervisory people are very dedicated to their guests feel at home I will definitely be back here.
