Absolutely delicious..., and very authentic. Taste is wonderful and so aromatic. Can't recommend highly enough. Ya the owner is great with local knowledge and staff incredibly friendly.

Delicious food, great value and very friendly owner who came out and chatted with the remaining diners once the restaurant quietened down. Really enjoyable meal.

Looking for an early dinner in Tanunda on Saturday evening. It was the only kitchen that was open before 6.00 pm, the service was friendly and fast, the Laksa and roti delicious. Ya introduced other customers to the menu with tastings - a sure way to get return custom. The price was very reasonable and we got to High School Musical at Nuri High (which was also excellent) in plenty of time.

This is our "go to" Friday night takeaway place. They have the most delicious, fresh spring rolls we have ever had. We can't go past the Percik Chicken. The flavour is amazing. One day, we'll try something else.

This is one of the most friendly, casual eatery we have come across in the southern hemisphere. The owner/chef introduced the dishes, as well as bringing us a small complimentary tasting dish with tablespoons of Beef Kertuk, a beef curry of his north-eastern Malay peninsula state, Trengganu and lamb curry which was yummy and tender. We settled for the Vegetable Curry with rice and Char Koay Teow (fried rice noodle) for our lunch with green tea of coconut/lime flavour. The food was unpretentious, a hint of being home cooked and flavoursome, where the taste of freshly mixed spices (lemon grass, aniseed to name a couple), was not too sweet and not too oily, which unusual in restaurants. The hospitality was second to none and the chef was very amenable to cater to our taste. Definitely a find in the Valley for casual, simple and authentic Malaysian.
