The Phoenix Grill - Taos Ski Valley

The restaurant has been renovated in recent years and lunch is no longer offered. The elk sausage is excellent! They've also added more tables and couches inside, providing a comfortable option for dining when the weather isn't suitable for outdoor seating.

I visited on Pond Skim day, and it was a beautiful day. They had an entire wall of the building open, allowing for fresh air and music to fill the space—such a lovely atmosphere! There were also couches, restrooms, tables, and a BBQ area outside. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
