Arrived at 8a for posted dining room hours, myself and one other gentleman were refused entry/service until 8:30 because the drive thru is too busy, sorry . I mention that he has a legal obligation to open doors or post adjusted hours on the door at which point he proceeds to throw his employees under the bus with a casually racist, THEY don 't think that way. 2nd bad experience in as many days. Both times it 's obvious that management is in way over his head and has very little respect for employees or customers he perceives as less than.
Terrible customer service They ignore you for minutes if you want a drink refill
I haven't been to a McDonald's in a few years, but I was totally disappointed in the Big Mac. It's so small, there are more condiments on it than there was meat. The fries are still awesome though. Service was great!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant, which damages the corporation's image of cleanliness and quality. There was no access to the dining room, and the service was slow due to confused workflows and untrained staff. I encountered several issues during my three visits: the burger meat was dry and served cold, the buns were stale and tough, and the fries were old and lukewarm. I also received the wrong drink and there were no napkins provided. For the sake of the community, I believe this establishment should be closed.
