Starbucks - Taos

Don't visit early.. Long line, one barista that is no way in any rush despite the long line. (15 minutes in line, 10 minute wait for drink With THS right here why not get more help in morning? Don't complain tho, you'll get ignored and wait longer ???? Hit TaosJava or Elevation Cafe for that local happiness with a smile:

Walked 20-min to this Starbucks to be told they couldn?t serve me because of employee shortage, even though there was an employee and no customers.

I always enjoy the coffee here, but during my recent visit in the evening, there was only one staff member on duty, which meant my husband and I had to wait about 10 minutes for service. The young woman was very polite, but it was clear she was exhausted and overwhelmed. I really hope she’s earning more than minimum wage! And let's not forget about the prices...

I absolutely love this place! Two years ago, when I first moved here, I was desperately craving coffee and had no idea where to find any. Back in New York, there was a coffee shop on every corner, so it was quite an adjustment. I'm so excited that a new coffee spot opened up in Taos! I often struggled to find a coffee shop because most closed early, and it was frustrating not being able to get a cup at 9 PM. Now, I can finally enjoy a great cup of coffee here!

The Starbucks inside Albertsons is excellent, and they prepare drinks fairly quickly. The only time I've ever seen a line is in the morning when everyone is looking for their coffee fix. My only complaint is that some of the staff could be friendlier; it would be nice if they could greet customers with a smile and a warm hello.
