Contribuisci feedbackYoung lady doing french fries was not helping the poor guy doing the register inside, she was only filling the orders of the high school boys that came in behind us. We ordered two orders of french fries but because we were females she would not put them in a bag and give them to us we had to wait for the poor kid to get them for us. Not a team player and needs to realize customers should be taken care of in the order they arrive and order.
I order door dash and this place took 45 mins to make one order while the drive thru kept moving I do not recommend ordering online...the management is trash and disrespectful...fix your people Wendy's and maybe prioritize online orders since they are already paid for
Service is slow and the hamburgers are always very poorly wrapped. Oftentimes the wrapper will have food stuck to the outside and its barely folded. Food is okay, though I generally try to avoid Wendy's Update: nothing has changed.
Horrific customer service by Hope who was working the window. Asked for ghost pepper sauce to which I received no reply, so I asked again to which Hope replied ?I heard you? in a sarcastic tone as if I was bothering her. I got my food and called the manager Kristine, who has the same training in customer service as Hope. I explained what happened to the manager and her response was ?well, did you get your ghost pepper sauce?? Then made the excuse that there was only 3 people
We came a couple of days ago (visiting from out of town) and sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and gave up (it was not moving). Came back today at 6p (my daughter loves Wendy's sadly) and there was only 1 car in the drive thru, but it took them forever to complete their ordering process. Finally, our turn, and we get a voice stating that a shift change is occurring and to please wait a few minutes. A few minutes later, we get a voice stating that we haven't been
