RESTAURANTE VERANDA

We ate breakfast here every day. It was good, but a lot of the same. No bacon, but typical Mexican food. Fresh fruits and cereals. We would also enjoy an evening desert. Banana splits were very good. crepes were good, but needed more cream and thick caramel, but tasted good. All we had was good. We've eaten for breakfast for almost 11 days. The staff was great.

It is a rainy Sunday evening in Tapachula and this is the restaurant at Hotel San Francisco where I stayed. From the reviews and appearance I had low expectations and both the food and the service could still be disappointing! Beers are too expensive!

We stayed at the adjacent Hotel San Francisco and arrived hungry. Had dinner, it was okay, but a few items on the menu were not available. The club sandwich was actually quite good, although the pommes were a little sad. Your fresh juices were really refreshing if you don't want it too sweet, let them know. Good Wi-Fi, service was decent, but not very friendly.

El desayuno buffet que sirven en este restaurant es malo, el jugo de naranja es prefabricado, no es natural. Algunos de los alimentos que deberian de estar en calor para conservar buen sabor, estan frios.

Recuerdo en algún tiempo cuando el restaurante Veranda era lo más significativo que tenía el Hotel San Francisco... hoy me cuento con la pena de que un simple club Sándwich... traiga las papas crudas....Lo único que me queda es la añoranza de que este restaurante fue en algún momento algo bueno que destacar en la ciudad....
