Jean Brouilly - Tarare

It won't leave me an incredible memory. Menu 85 with the wines, 1st entry lacks seasoning, 2nd entrance Saint Jacques too cooked with a ridiculous portion of rice, game too cooked in dish, and pineapples in dessert. And even if it's a gastro and the portions are never very large, it really wasn't copied at all. What a disappointment for this kind of establishment.
