El Puerto - Tarazona

Lovely waiter and excellent seafood. We came here for dinner, lots of other places closed or fully booked. Slightly worried about other reviews but our waiter was utterly charming and helpful. The paella and sardines, and salad were all good.

Very nasty waiter. Poor service. We were with a group of friends, moved one table and chairs and an overmuscled waiter complained angrily. We asked again to another waiter to move more chairs, gave us ok and then the same first nasty waiter complained again. We ordered cider and did not get our tapa as all the tables had. Disgusting environment. Avoid

It's not easy to park in Llastres but if you can there are several places to dine. We were attracted to this place by local reviews and its location. Greeted by Mr Grumpy, we were shown to a table at the back as he wished to keep the bigger tables (which remained unoccupied) at the front for other parties we were but two. The menu is dominated by seafood but portions are difficult to judge. We requested a couple of starters (prawns and small sardines) which our waitress was happy with but the addition of more than one main course threw her into a state of concern for our health, waistlines or prospects for the integrity of our plastic chairs. Prawns (Gambas a la plancha) were large plentiful and very tasty. Sardines (parroches) a bit plain. My partner had ordered cachopo which was not enough for two. Seeing our bemusement the waitress fulfilled the request for grilled tuna as well. Neither was special and the tuna, in particular, was overcooked. The waitress busied herself whilst Mr Grumpy looked on. One of the more expensive places we ate at in northern Spain, but a bit disappointing and certainly not worth the money.

Pella de Marisco un 10 Chipirones un 9 Patatas cabrales un 8 Servicio un 8 Coste de la comida : Se pasan un poco en el precio, pero lo compensa con las vistas. Si vas a la playa reservar antes si no no hay mesas estará todo reservado.

Restaurante amplio y agradable. Muy buena atención por parte de los profesionales. La comida muy buena y abundante.
