Magnificent restaurant mixing local products and Asian notes. The lunch menu is excellent value for money! So exceptional that we chose it for our wedding meal and we return with pleasure every time.

This is the highlight food of our trips here in tarbes, france for my cousin wedding. The decorations were beautiful and the staff is very friendly. There were one man that cN speak English. The others only speak french. The fusion food was amazing, taste excellent! They explained all the food that delivered to our table. And its so nice to know what will you expected when you taste the food. I love the fusion sushi for the appetizer, the other was ok. The scalop and gambas was amazing too! The fish is also so nice! The beef its also melts in your mouth. The creme brulle for dessert its also amazing! The last course they served us coffee or tea, with marshmallow passion fruits, rose macaroons and chocolate framboise. I love the marshmallow and the macaroons. When you are around tarbes, you should try this restaurant!

Ce restaurant vaut une étoile, sans nul doute!!! La cuisine est raffinée, créative, le lieu charmant, la vaisselle et verrerie sont très belles!!!! Et le service est élégant ! Tout y est pour une très belle soirée ou un déjeuner gastronomique (qui d'ailleurs est vraiment incroyable en rapport qualité prix!!! Je recommande !!
