Le Bassia - Tarbes

Only went for a drink but the service was good and the music even better.

My meal at Le Bassia restaurant in Tarbes was a fairly average experience, marked by several negative points. First, the service left something to be desired. When I asked for specific cooking for my meat, I was refused. Finally, I received medium-rare meat that was, in reality, clearly rare. Also, I asked for a plain rice pudding but received a caramel rice pudding, which the waitress had to replace. Regarding the cuisine, it was simple and rustic, which in itself is not a problem. However, given these inconveniences, the quality-price ratio seems questionable to me. It's a shame, because these incidents tarnished my overall experience at this restaurant

Good meal with excellent products and everything homemade. We spent my 70th birthday under the patio. Kind and professional staff and bosses. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed
