Jack & Co Taree Central

Disappointed to choose to sit down for coffee and cake this afternoon. One of the reasons to eat in was to reduce the use of disposables. Very disappointed to have my milk shake served in a take away container. The cakes arrived on real plates but with a plastic fork and knife (we were sharing)! How hard is it to wash cutlery?? Coffee was good, cakes ok, but I won't be stopping again until they change their ways.

We have come here with work colleagues for a quick lunch. It is reasonably priced and quick cafe service. Staff friendly and helpful

We frequently take morning coffee and a snack here when we are doing the weekly shop, or are in town for any other reason. The food is excellent as is the coffee. The staff are always very friendly and service is always quick, no matter how busy they are with take aways or other restaurant customers.

Stopped for a cup of coffee before an appointment in Taree. Coffee's OK, seating isn't wonderfully comfortable, staff pleasant and efficient, quick service (despite takeaway demand - there were several people behind the counter, so they kept up with demand). What's to distinguish Jack & Co from a myriad of other cafes? Perhaps food, but that's for another occasion.

Whether you are after a drink, snack or a meal you wont be disappointed. A great alternative to fast food with everything prepared fresh in store.
