Pizza Family - Targu Lapus

Very fast service. Really good pizza mostly due to the fresh and local ingredients used. I did not expect to find such good quality at such a good price in a quite isolated town.

Extremely disappointed! I used to go here often but the last 2 occasions were terrible. I called for a reservation at a table on the terrace and ordered a pizza so that the child would not have to wait because he is impatient, when I arrived the reserved table was inside and after the pizza I waited another 20 minutes at the table, considering that he had called 30 minutes before we arrive, so 50 minutes in total. I ordered with home delivery because I had guests, the waiting time communicated was 1 hour, after 1 hour and 3o minutes I called them and the pizza was still with them..... I personally went to pick it up and saw as the delivery car was parked nicely in front of the restaurant, they didn't even apologize. The food is relatively good, but the staff, the service, the waiting time and the fact that,, forget,, mention the unavailable products on the website and you pay like a fool to have to bring you,, something else,, leaves a bitter taste.
