Every time I ordered family feast it's always a 30min wait! The chickens are not cooked! Wth! How could a chicken joint be not prepared by having no available cooked chickens for customers?! Pathetic. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This KFC has awful service. They took 45 minutes just to get out mine and my partner’s orders. Other customers had waited 30-45 minutes some even longer. They have no concept of other people’s time, always yelling at each other or are talking instead of doing their jobs. The management here really needs a change or a retrain in customer service. When confronted, she became defensive and argumentative. This is the worse KFC I have been to by far.

Waited over 30 minutes today for a giant feast and 3 burgers... manager is absolutely useless in managing the child staff, food was disgusting and cold by the time the order was sorted. Absolute joke of a fast food place!! Today's useless manager and all the staff needs to wake up to themselves or make way for others that are willing to work!!! Meal type: Lunch
