Pizza Hut - Tarpon Springs

The Pizza Hut app has not been accepting any of my payment methods for a while. Every time the payment fails I switch over to the Dominos app and I’m able to check out with no problem whatsoever. I called this location to place an order over the phone and instead of trying to help the guy on the phone kept saying “that’s between you and the cardholder” — which is me… I am the cardholder.. so I hung up, opened the Dominos app, and ordered food with the exact card information that he said was declined.. not saying this was his fault specifically, but he was rude as hell for literally no reason.

Did a curbside delivery order called the store for ten minutes straight while watching them laughing and joking on the inside. Finally just went in to get it and get attitude from the girl working the front. Saying they are too busy to answer the phones. Ask for the corporate number and both employees up front refuse to give it to me or tell me when the manager is working.

Garbage food, garbage service, and a garbage company. Overpriced, terrible ingredients, and horrible quality. Pizza hut use to be sit down establishment. A place to take the family. Now it's nothing more than hot trash delivered to your door. It's so bad now that they can't pay their drivers. They have to use doordash which is no better since they don't get tipped about 70% of the time. It would cost less, take less time, and taste better to just make a your own pizza at home. Save your money and don't order from this pizza hut or any other pizza hut.

We always get pizza from this location and I've never had a problem. Our driver John was amazing, and really everyone at that location has been. Thank you guys for all the pizza <3

I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, onions, mushroom, ham and green peppers for delivery Jan 27th and some other items total was around 56.00 (we ordered a lot of food lol) and of course the specialty pizza mentioned above was not made correctly but was definitely charged for each additional topping and I called and spoke to the manager on for the night and was offered to remake the pizza or have a credit on file for next time I would like to use it and I accepted the credit I asked if the entire amount will be free for next time including delivery and I was told absolutely that it would be under my phone number, WELL tonight I was going to use that credit and called and was told NOPE no credit under that phone number and was offered a discount on the pizza this ONE time by the manager! Like really NO I don 't want a discount I wanted what was promised to me before so unfortunately I will NOT be ordering from this pizza hut again and giving 50.00 plus every time we order from them! I guess it is not my loss but theirs. Sorry for such a long review but needed to vent!
