Reload Gun Range - Tarpon Springs

I love this range so much. Facility is new and super clean at all times. We drive an hour each way just to use this range. Plus, Matt is PHENOMENAL. He is incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and patient. He answers my dozens of questions and really takes the time to demonstrate everything I need to know about pistols. He is awesome and I really enjoy speaking with him every time I come in. Thanks so much Matt! You’re helping fuel my passion for this badass hobby. Keep doing what you’re doing!!!!

Chandler and Kieran are wonderful to work with. Both are very knowledgeable and more importantly have great facial hair. Personally I prefer the incredible mustache sported by Kieran.

For a bunch of handicapped (Mentally? degenerates they actually are pretty knowledgeable. Don't forget to ask about bumping mustaches for a little discount. Also, they sell guns. So thats cool.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE RUDE EMPLOYEES WHO IGNORE YOU COMPLETELY. DON’T BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY IF YOU COME IN AS A GROUP OF THREE we went in as a group of 3 completely ignored by the sales staff so we headed to the range; and we wanted two lanes together but they were telling us that they cannot “guarantee” a lane next to each other and we then asked what lanes they were offering to us to see how far apart we would be they told us they didn’t know!!??? Their responses made no sense since there was literally very few people there all the lanes we saw were empty! THIS WAS A Wednesday MORNING AND THE PLACE WAS DEAD!! We left in a huff upset that they were being so rude we could not see giving them one dime we told them they were getting a one star review they didn’t care and about twenty minutes later we realized one of us left their driver’s license with the range desk We had given the ID to girl at the range desk to check in but while we were discussing lanes the girl started ringing up 2 other people so I personally saw her lay the ID to the side ON THE COUNTER once we realized we left the ID behind we called and the range desk answered and she without even looking for the ID immediately got defensive telling us about “lost licenses” are not their responsibility and would not even check the counter where it sat so they got hostile about it and we know it was obvious ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES STOLE THE LICENSE we may have left it behind but we knew exactly where it was WE CALLED THE POLICE AND THE GUY IN THE BACK OF THE RANGE WAS LAUGHING and we know what you did… we have been to so many ranges and they are usually the most friendly establishments to hang out at and make a day of… not here and never again and if we don’t get the license returned they will be hearing from us via a Court hearing. SHOUT OUT TO THE ONLY EMPLOYEE WITH A HEART WHO TRIED TO HELP KIERNAN spelling? I thank you so much for your effort with the police

AMAZING EXPERIENCE never shot a firearm before . Emylee was extremely helpful and PATIENT ! She went above and beyond teaching me each step as I was very nervous .. she even went into the range and walked me through my first shot to make me more comfortable! As well with Brennan and chandler were knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you!
