I already stayed 2 times in this hotel, and I recommend this hotel if you stay at Tasikmalaya. It's near Primajasa Station, not that far to Budiman Station or Train Station. The area is very quite at night, so there's not a lot of place to visit but you still can order food online if you want. The hotel is okay with spacious parking lot. The staff was very helpful when I noticed trouble at my room.
