Order took 2 hours 50 minutes to deliver, phoned twice trying to get an update, both times was lied to about it being on its way. Unprofessional and dishonest. Not the first time this has happened either. Shame because the food is usually enjoyable but the management and efficiency is shocking.

Been a local loyal customer for the last year, all over the phone tonight To then get to the restaurant which is a 15 minute drive to find out their card machine is not working, then I walk 10 minutes to the nearest card machine. Card machine not working. And they didn’t tell me on the phone that the card machine wasn’t working. terrible customer service I will not be returning.

So its Saturday midday, we have only just woken up after an incredibly heavy night of drinking and both decide that we are particularly hungry. We scout just eat with eyes bigger than bellies and find Sabeez with smiles upon our makeup smudged faces. We order 2 burgers and a few sides and are informed that our food would be approximately 45-60 minutes (which for 2 hungover ladies feels like a very long time but were not moving and need food brought to our faces An long hour passes by, we are starting to get agitated so reluctantly call Sabeez. The lady informs us that they are very very busy (which we found hard to believe and it will be another 45 minutes or we can cancel our order.. my friends eyes welled up and we felt so very let down but as previously mention, we were not moving and by the time we would have ordered anywhere else our Sabeez would have arrive so we decided to take a stand and politely said to the lady "No! We shall wait for thou food! Another hour went by and my friend was wasting away like spiderman and the end of infinity war. At this point I knew it was up to me to save her so I called. Again. The lady from Sabeez said the crown jewels had just left with the delivery driver and was on the way. It was at this point my friends eyes started lighting up and she had hope once again. After a mere 10 minutes the door knocked, we recieved our food and it felt marvelous. The delivery lady then walked away with our change but my stomach told me to Just. Let. It. Go. So I did, proudly. We eagerly removed our food from non plastic packaging (10/10 to then discover, this was food that only the night king himself would consume. It. Was. Stone. Cold. The end.
