Contribuisci feedbackReally looking forward to a party bucket my daughter picked it up as she lives in Taunton we live in chard when we got it back missing 14 pieces of chicken as well as popcorn chicken so all be aware and check your orders otherwise you will be robed like us .
Went out with friends for teh afternoon. Dropped into KFC on the way home. Order food, and then wait as one after the other after the other food delivery riders turn up and are handed food whilst you wait an age. As a walk in customer you are 100% at tthe bottom of the pile. KFC are not unique in this respect but they need to stop walk in altogether if they can't serve you in a timely manner. And to add insult to injury I have been up since 3am (now 9pm the following day) with food poisioning. I mentioned going out with freind as I was the only one to go to KFC, and the only one to get very ill.
Vile chicken and so so dry So looking forward to our treat for the family and was so disappointed to find the chicken dry and crunchy. Never going back and what a waste of money.
What a shockingly bad experience we just had... 1) the order was placed 16:40 2) After more than an hour I had to call the store to ask where it was, to be told that the delivery driver was on his way back to the store to collect it, and it would be with us in about half an hour. 3) We went to the store ourselves to COLLECT the delivery order 4) Got the order home (5 mins in the car) Chips COLD, gravy COLD, chicken COLD 5) Rang to complain about the temperature and the lack of a portion of fries from 3 piece meal, to be told that we'd have to make a complaint to Deliveroo, not KFC. I also pointed out that the delivery had obviously been sat around for an hour waiting for collection but was told it had been freshly prepared, yet the carefully packaged bag stated it was for collection at 17:00, so it HAD been sat around for over an hour as the quality of the food would attest. As a diabetic I need to plan my mealtimes carefully, I factor in a delay time of say 15 minutes, but this was ridiculous. Blaming the delivery company for the missing fries was the last straw.. OWN YOUR MISTAKES
I went to a KFC on a Saturday afternoon and the experience was perfect, although the service was a bit slow. However, on a Friday evening around 8 pm, the experience was terrible, not in a good way. Delivery drivers from Deliveroo and other services were rushing past customers waiting in line. The order screens were not working properly, rendering them useless. The customer service was lacking, as none of the servers seemed happy to be there. KFC needs to improve how they handle their services. As for the food on Friday, our order of corn on the cob was missing, the boneless chicken was soggy and lukewarm, and the chips were just okay. I will not be returning to KFC during early evening hours.
