Mei's Buffet - Taunton

This restaurant is fantastic and comes highly recommended. The food is delicious, flavorful, and not bland. The chicken balls actually have flavor, unlike other buffets I have tried. Everything is prepared well and the service is efficient and professional.

A wonderful restaurant with excellent selection, all of the dishes are fresh none of them are dry and all of them come from different parts of China, there are also a wide range of European options like pizza, garlic mushrooms, nuggets and mozzarella bites. There really is something for everyone! Even sushi and an excellent choice of drinks make for an excellent evening or day of dining. None of the bad reviews even make sense, one explaining that the shell was left on. When if you travel to China that's what it's like and even most Asian countries. The food is full of flavour, fresh and well prepared and the choice is astounding.Excellent staff, all work efficiently and always check your enjoying your food. Amazing place!

I highly recommend the buffet at this restaurant. Everything was excellent - the food was well-prepared, the service was good, and the atmosphere was pleasant. No complaints whatsoever.

Our experience at this restaurant was not satisfactory. Upon entering, we were rudely asked to pay before trying the food. Although the selection was excellent, some of the dishes were lukewarm. Additionally, we were asked to move to free up tables, even though we were still eating. The service did not meet our expectations, as being asked to move or pay upfront should be done politely. Despite these issues, the desserts were excellent.
