I suppose the reviews tell you everything. This is a great spot for any Chinese or fish and chips takeaways you require. Plenty of choice and decent quantity as well. Close to town and most accommodation sites. I would suggest placing a phone order to save time especially during the evening rush. As this is a popular site!

Best take away we have ever eaten. The wonton soup was superbly made. Food containers hold the food firmly without leaks and are full to the brim! The staff were friendly and responsive eventhough it was Friday evening rush hour. And the food was ready in no time. Much recommended.

Really good Chinese Takeaway in Taupo! Very good value and great portion sizes. They have combos and specials inside so worth a visit. Regular scoop of chips was more than enough for 2 people

There always friendly service from the staff. Plenty of good deals and the Food is filling and good. It's always busy from the locals to the tourist.

They say you should always go where the locals go. We found this place on google maps. It is not on the main tourist drag but further back in the real Taupo where people live. My husband decided to get two large springs rolls and they were almost enough for a meal. Juicy and tasty. The Chicken Chow Mein was equally tasty and it is not often we can't finish a takeaway that we share. Great value, full of vegetables and well cooked large pieces of chicken. We'll have to have the Chicken Chop Suey for lunch tomorrow! You only need one between two people. There is also the option to fill a takeaway container from the hot options which have been pre cooked. You can mix and match choosing exactly what you want. At $14 it is worth a few minutes drive from the waterfront.
