Terrible customer service. my partner i ordered through the app our order was not adhered to. wouldn’t give us cookies and drink which were evident on our receipt. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

Shut slow service, bread was stale and not baked fresh that morning. Disappointed. Service: Take out Meal type: Brunch

Food and customer service is below average. The guy serving me didn't even know how to make anything on the menu or what they were called. Always a small selection of salads to choose from and either no bread or it's stale... getting bored of this place really fast. Meal type: Lunch

Customer service very poor. Work very slowly, 4 people behind me waited and then walked out, person in front of me ordered a few things but after how long they waited just took the sandwich and said don’t want the other things as has already been 20 minutes. Weren’t apologetic for the wait at all :
