The vegan/ gluten free doughnuts are AMAZING and they make their own coconut milk which is delicious. Perfect for people who are also dairy free or vegan!

This is the best eating in tauranga period. all vegan and such a cool room. it is painted with beautiful funny color and sometimes there are small birds that they visit at their table! the personal is also amazing and very friendly. it is more of a day breakfast / cafe menu. they also have the best milk flat white in the city. I can't judge them high enough. superior work they do for customers, and the vegan community in general.

This is the best caffe of all time! eating is delicious. the staff are all so friendly and shar the owner is incredibly friendly and generous. we wanted to have our high time on 28th February, but had to postpone (literal the night before) for covid. shar has done her best to minimize our costs, but we decided that we eat cake and deliver a cake (contactless natural) to all the guests who had already made it from auckland. in the performance to our new date I had so many people who told me how excited they were about the cake it was so good! I can not recommend nourished eatery honestly enough whether its for high-time cakes to make for a cup of tea and a ginger kiss or for a cooked breakfast from the menu.
