Domino's Pizza - Tavares

Pizza was delivered on time by Z . He was professional and polite. The pizza was piping hot and absolutely delicious. This Dominos location never disappoints in product or service. ; :

Last night 11/5/22 I order three pizzas. The delivery took over 20mins after the website said it was out for delivery. My pizzas where Luke warm at best. One or my pizzas was suppose to be extra cheese and sausage (see picture). There was hardly any cheeseon the pizza. I call the store and was informed I would get a replacement in a hour and a half. The replacement never came. I'mso disappointed in this store.

Ordered online would not take my payment kept telling me to call the store after arriving because I was told it was complete I came in and was told it was going to be another 10 minutes and then I asked why on the board it says complete on their board andwhy on my phone it says complete but no one would address me they just were all looking at each other and opening pizza boxesbecause they couldn?t find one of my pizzas. It was in with the wrong order: the whole time no one apologized they just kind ofignored me standing there for 12 minutes they could?ve actually had make another pizza but they finally found my pizza, deliverydriver walked it out to.me the woman who appeared to be in charge said nothing and when I asked if they had ice she said No!rude service nobody would Communicate or apologize for the the additional wait 15 mins (cold pizza) lack of service. I don?tknow whatever happened to their two minute promise but that was a joke. I gave three stars because the pizza looked accurate.They could?ve done a much better job at explaining to us they weren?t able to locate the pizza, it would be just a few moreminutes or at least offer to put another one in but they just said nope . when I asked how long cashier said I don?t know 10minute or 10 to 5 minutes. At the very least they could?ve apologized and went along with their two minute promise.

I was Treated rudely. One star review. The manager answered the phone and hung up on me because she didn?t have time for any kind of joking around. The world needs to wake up and have a little fun. I couldn?t imagine what the poor children areexperiencing below this manager. I feel sorry for them

Very disappointed today with delivery and also the way the female manager on duty handled the call ? my food was cold and was ?on its way? more than 35 minutes plus missing sauce. No apology just a excuse. No refund for undelivered food or burnt crustraw chicken wings pink and blood inside. CALL PIZZA HUT or somewhere else. Poor food and service
