Big City Wings - Tavener

Going to this restaurant is a roll of the dice when it comes to customer service. I’ve been here three times. The first time was ok, second time really good, but this last time, absolutely horrible. There were only a few customers in the restaurant. It took forever before someone came to the table, took forever to get our drinks and when the food finally came, it was lukewarm at best. No one came to check on my wife and I at all, and I actually had to find someone just to get the bill. After finding someone for the bill, it took another 15 or so minutes just to pay. This was our last visit to this place for sure, and that’s sad because the food is normally pretty good.

The food is really good and the portions are big. The prices are also reasonable compared to other places nearby. Will come back again.

Tried it out for the first time! As an old Wild Wings Cafe Guy! This spot will be my New Spot went their At 2pm it was empty but the Wings were huge, and cooked perfect the Sides were on Point! I had the Mac and Cheese and Salad! Very Good! I'll be back!

Part of the Spurs Katy supporter group and Big City Wings always takes great care of us. Definitely a place to try out and have a good bar. Definitely even better if you're there watching a Spurs

Best wings in Katy. The fried pickles and mac&cheese sticks are wonderful.
