This particular day it was a black female cook. I don’t know if she was the manager manager or not there’s a black female cook on February 24, 2024 at approximately 250 pm I asked for receipt the rude wrker gonna say what she asked for receipt for so she could lLIE say something was wrong, the nerve of these so-called workers nasty rude ugly attitudes

In my opinion they to revamp the Taylor location it's not good at all and only open til 8pm .

If I could give a zero star review, I absolutely would. I ordered online from this location almost ONE month ago. I waited 20 minutes in my car as they told me to pull up, after waiting I walked inside to see what was happening. The staff proceeded to tell me that I would have to wait another 30 minutes for taco meat. No one was going to come out to my car and tell me that, they just let me wait. I advised them that I could not wait that long, I had an appointment to get to. They told me to cancel my order through the app. I tried to cancel the order, but they had already processed my order when i pulled up to the window and they had me pull forward. My boyfriend and I have been in contact with one of the managers named Chris, for WEEKS he has been telling me he is trying to get my THIRTY DOLLAR order refunded. This is absolutely insane and unprofessional behavior. Any other establishment would rightfully refund me my money considering I left with NOTHING that i paid for. Not a single item. Since i 've had no luck with the manager and staff, just constant running me around in circles saying I 'm trying to get you refunded for weeks now, I figured I 'd leave a review and see if this reaches someone who can actually give me my money back. That would be AWESOME :

I've been here 5 times since they opened, and my order has been messed up 4 times....That original post was right after you opened over a year ago, I didn't go back again until a couple of days ago and everything was good this time. But I did go inside instead of the drive through....

We LOVE Del Taco. Infact, we are originally from California and had Del Taco at our finger tips. Now that we live in Battle Creek, MI we crave it. SO, tomorrow, we are taking a drive to Taylor, MI for lunch. Can't wait!!!!
