Little Caesars Pizza - Taylor

Nothing to complain about this little caesars on goddard Rd.in taylor. the personal is friendly and I have my pizza in 7 minutes. kudos to load this! the small caesars on West Street and telegraph must be like the Taylor shop, because this is missing everything! the personal is rude, you have to stand in line forever, and they are just so unprofessional. 8 out of 10 times the load on telegraph and west road has messed up my order or gave it to someone, and I had to stand there and wait for another pizza that is not my fault, but I had to pay for it!

Brain in the headlights would be the best to describe the employees at this place. I'm coming for a command that should be ready and I'm saying it'll take 20 minutes. I came to pick up an order and they just told me they were out of something, so they canceled everything, instead of calling me to offer a substitution or let me know before I came all the way up that they took it on themselves to cancel my entire order. some days I get a great customer service and at some point the girl wearing the t-shirt that says my problem definitiw shows that she doesn't care what's going on while she's working. sad.

My brother got hot and ready and a job brot sticks and sauce I asked for a bag and the worker told me that we are out of bags now that is a bunch of B.S I,ve heard

Previously, it was a decent facility, but not anymore. the last time we were here, they told us they weren't pizza. it's strange that they can be out of the pizza if that's their main selling item. So we try them again tonight and this time, went in, ignored, unattended on the counter. was asked on 4 seperate occasions what the job was again and when I was handed over one, it was not mine. No one had gloves or protective clothing. the pizza was a chaos and undercooked, and not even cut through. the brot came without butter and a few flakes of parmesan on it that were not cut through either. the workers here do not care about their job and seem to prefer when they get no business. Nobody even answers the phone. they could also close this place down.

5pm… what do they have “Hot-n-Ready”? Nothing! 11 minutes to make the tv-advertised thin crust with pepperoni. Was it worth $7.50… probably. Would I ever stop in on an impulse to bring pizza home… not a chance.
