Moe's Southwest Grill - Taylors

Have eaten at some different moes. This particular situation was the worst thing I had eaten. A large bowl with steak ordered. The rice was dry, the caso was watered and the Zilantro was brown and spoiled. I couldn't eat, threw over half the plate away.

Worst place. The staff has no idea. Why should you buy a bowl of Queso and NOT contain chips in your order?

I placed an online order at 5:57 PM, and we were the only ones waiting in the pickup area, apart from a group of three ahead of us. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive our order until 6:40 PM. The service has really declined. There’s no reason to place an online order if your food isn’t ready for nearly an hour.

I wouldn't give any stars if I could. I've eaten here many times, and the food was usually good. However, during my last visit on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, I ordered a steak stack, and it was difficult to chew. An hour later, I felt sick to my stomach, and I've been unwell since. I'm extremely disappointed after spending my money here and ending up feeling this way. I won't be coming back.

The place was very dirty. The grill looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in days. I ordered a quesadilla and when she flipped it on the grill, all of the toppings fell out. She didn't give me back the toppings, she just left it there and my quesadilla was flat as a pancake. She also cut it with the spatula and not the pizza roller. It was really drippy and she stacked it on top of eachother. It was very hard to eat and the queso cheese was also cold and chunky.
