Contribuisci feedbackIt is the second time I have ordered a BBQ sandwich and I get some random sandwich from their menu. I'm allergic to tomatoes and can't eat them so I wasted my money and time here.
The food was hot and it's a comparable breakfast to other fast food... But fast was inaccurate. I spent 25 minutes in the drive-thru (mind you there was only 4 vehicles ahead of me). I won't be coming back to this location. You should never put a new hire at the drive-thru part of your restaurant, as it's the fastest paced part... the employee stated they wanted to cry. I told him to have a good day and not to work too hard.
I did not like the way me and my family were treated by Don. Right when we entered we were standing back deciding what we wanted when he ordered us to move closer. He made some rude comments passive aggressively towards me insinuating he knew what kind of a person I was. He later continued to come over and bother my family as we were eating by giving my son poor advice and telling him to lie to his parents. Im not sure if this was all a joke but it was not appreciated. We will no longer be dining in at this location. We felt very uncomfortable.
Great customer service! I love it.. my sister and her husband and their 2 children came along and my children had fun talking and laughing with an african american gentleman who was really funny... That's what I call great customer service! Thank you sir for your time! My children would like to go back again!.
In order to rectify their mistake (missing item) I have to return to the store for cash? I did not pay with cash I paid electronically with a card online. You did not render services I paid for. I will be disputing the whole order with my bank. If I get my money back I'll consider removing this review.
