Café restaurant LUX has recently opened adopting a luxurious style divided into two sides. One for meals providing pizzas, sandwiches, smoothies, juice and glasses. and another one for coffees and teas, a famous Moroccan drink. The inside-cafe is designed for nonsmokers. This café is located next to Friouatou Hotel, a very old hotel in Taza.

Comme son nom l'indique vraiment luxueux. Vous y dégusterez de bon plats ou des sandwich à emporter ou à consommer sur place.

Pretty calm place to relax and get a good cafe break

Avoid: I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 burgers. Instead of having tomato sauce on the base of the pizzas, we had a kind of Moroccan-style yellow sauce, similar to Marqa. The dough was white and the grated cheese on top was not cooked, so I had to put it back in the oven. As for the two burgers, one was with steak and the other with chicken. The one with steak was okay. However, the one with chicken was inedible because the tiny piece of chicken had been cooked in a pan and was completely dry and tough. Impossible to swallow. I also want to mention that there was way too much sauce in the burgers. That same evening, we all had food poisoning: vomiting in large quantities and fever.
