Gino's Pizza Spaghetti House

I cannot express how bad my experience was at this restaurant. The service was terrible and the food was even worse. I would give it a 1 out of 10 for food, service, and atmosphere.

The service was awful. I waited at the drive-thru window for 20 minutes while two employees just wandered around inside, completely ignoring my presence at the window. I would not recommend this Gino's to anyone.

Went to pick up my order, only my pizza was ready and they did not even know I also ordered a cheesy breadsticks. They said oh it is not made yet because it was not on the ticket you can pull around to the Tudors window if you would like . I was like yeah that is fine, so I pull around and wait for about 15-20 minutes for the cheesy breadsticks and I finally get it. I thank them and drive off and think to look at it and it is not even cheesy breadsticks in my box. During the whole experience, not one person apologized for the screwup and just said here you are while giving me the wrong item. I get home and my pizza is just barely warm (not hot), and I look at the ticket and the cheesy bread is on the ticket. This was my first experience at this location, and I likely will not be back.
