The food was prepared well , good tasty burgers and love the poutine . Compare to other fast foods , Dave knows his burgers .

I am extremely let down as the customer service team has not reached out to me, showing a lack of concern.

The customer service was terrible, the manager who was really rude to me and my friend. she was also rude for her employees. all round bad workers. I worked at a wendys, so I ordered my favorite stuff. both really tasted bland and a little rough. in addition, the pommes green form has on a few of them. could be something else, but I usually don't expect to be green on my pommes.
