Champs Sports - Teguise

Lugar espectacular para ver deportes, acompañado de una buena carta de comida. Agradecidos por el servicio recibido, en especial Adrian y su compañero Lahcen. Volveremos sin dudarlo.

Pasamos unas horas muy buenas. Cervezas de 10. Lugar increíble frente al mar. Alicia y Abenchara fueron super amables. Repetiremos!

Went in search of a New Year party to top off our holiday, Champs didn’t let us down. Live music from a musical Duo cranking out many rock and pop favourites before the bells. The staff supplied everyone with party bags and packs of grapes for the New Year celebrations. 1 grape for every chime of the clock was a local tradition to be followed. Hats, whistles, balloons, spectacles, funny noses and all sorts in the bag. Very good table service until the bells then the staff relaxed with everyone else and it was up to the bar for more drinks. Fireworks at midnight outside on the beach then, the after midnight DJ was too cool for school but, kept the party going. Finished at 2am but, was a roaring success. Many thanks to the staff who were superb throughout the night.

This bar is connected to the hotel myself and family are staying in (Barcelo Teguise Beach). It’s a lovely bar with good food, but what I found strange is that at certain times of the day (I’m writing this at 4pm on a Monday and it isn’t busy) the staff seemed to not want to serve. I have just sat at a table and waited 10 minutes for a waiter to take our order as we have been told several times it is table service and not to go to the bar. When it became apparent that a waiter was not coming, I stood at the bar. I have been completely ignored by all 3 members of staff and have given up. Very strange and disappointing considering the money we have paid to stay here.

Had a great time lovely food and great drinks the service from Adrian was excellent will definitely go back again
