An unexpected discovery, we were walking around Tejeda and looking for a place to have dinner, we decided to go to this restaurant, the truth is that we were pleasantly surprised, we ordered potatoes with red mojo sauce (one of the best mojo sauces I 've ever had, we only asked for bread to soak up the mojo sauce, imagine) Tejeda cheese and the Tejeda pizza , which is a focaccia dough pizza (in the oven) and the rest on top, all cold, tomato, basil, serrano ham and burrata... RI WHAT YES MA. To put some but , the Tejeda cheese was quite tasty, accompanied by olives but it had that rubbery touch of the typical cheeses that come super vacuum-packed (it 's not a restaurant thing).
