The Sicilian salad with artichoke, rocket, onion, basil, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and balsamic vinegar is a must-try. The portion size is perfect for one and the dish is so flavorful. The beetroot carpaccio is also tasty, although the portion size is a bit small for my liking. The restaurant offers a good selection of wine, friendly service, and vegan chocolate as a complimentary treat (just make sure to request the dairy-free option). The restaurant is located in a cozy setting with plenty of plants, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The happy hour deals on food and drinks until 7:30 pm are definitely worth it. I suggest making a reservation in advance as the restaurant tends to get busy, especially during happy hour. Overall, I would definitely visit Chateau Shuval again.
I ordered the eggplant salad and Siciliano salad with vegan feta, and they were delicious! They also offer a brunch special within the first two hours of opening. This restaurant is perfect for vegans and vegetarians.
I was pleasantly surprised by the great vegan options at Chateau Shuval, a restaurant that specializes in cheese. Their homemade almond-based vegan cheese is delicious. The Sicilian salad is a must-try, with artichokes, arugula, fennel, basil, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and balsamic vinegar. It's so tasty and well-balanced, with a portion size that's perfect for one person. The beetroot carpaccio is also tasty, but the portion size was a bit small for me. The dish felt too simple, even with the addition of pine nuts and feta cheese. The restaurant offers a good selection of wines, friendly service, and a strong commitment to veganism, even providing vegan chocolate as a complimentary treat (although they should ask about any dietary restrictions). The cozy atmosphere, created by the abundance of plants, and the convenient location near Rabin Square make it a great spot for a meal or drinks, especially during happy hours until 7:30 pm. I would recommend making a reservation in advance, as the restaurant tends to fill up quickly, especially during happy hours. I will definitely be coming back for another visit.
I had the auberginensalat and sciliano salat with vegan feta and it was a tasty bite! they also have in the first 2 hours after opening 1 1 on these dishes. a great place for vegan and vegetarian.
