Odeon Luxe Telford

Spacious cinema...Great recliner seats.....but very quiet on a wet Wednesday afternoon/ early evening! Helpful usher who helped and advised how to redeem our e-codes for tickets.... and it was an interesting film too!!! ......Oppenheimer.....very informative!

If i could give less than 1 star i would! Made the mistake of buying a summer saver bundle. Apparently it can only be used in cinemas that have normal seats not recliners. Our cinema in telford was upgraded and they don't have any seats that are not recliners anymore. So I wanted to get a refund... ive been trying on and off since yesterday can't phone them because you get an automated message to say everything you need is on thier website and they will now hang up!.. go on the website and I keep getting directed to questions... ive never been so frustrated and stressed! My daughter eventually managed to get hold of an actual person who basically told us that I can't get a refund and I can't use the tickets unless we drive to Birmingham! So i am out of pocket for £30 with no way of getting ot refunded! I will never go in an Odeon again! They are expensive and thier customer service is absolutely terrible. I'm just going to have to wait and watch the movie from the comfort of my own home or just go to Cineworld

Great cinema with reclining chairs, always a winner, £18 a ticket : , your better of buying unlimited pass for £15, I don’t see the point but suppose it’s there way, great tango blasts always have 2, movies , what more could you want

Superior seats the screens at each end get cold in cold weather and hot in hot weather: screens 8, 9 to the right and 2 3 to the left.. avoid those Sound way too loud and distorted in most screens.
