Sainsbury's Caf - Telford

Sandwiches have no filling, and overpriced. The most miserable and unprofessional person working and even speaking to the younger staff poorly. I know it’s a super market cafe but do the basics right at least

I've been twice in the last couple of months and feel like I'm never sure which member of staff is serving me. The staff stare at you as if you've landed from another planet and ask what you want. When I say a coffee, they shout out for someone else to make it. Whilst your coffee is being prepared you have to tell another nember of staff what you want to eat.You are now being served by 2 people and when you ask for something like a jug of milk, they have to shout over to the girl whose making your drink. Can we not just have 1 person serve us to avoid confusion and the unnecessary hollering? Also, if you can't hear what the customer is saying, please say pardon instead of asking what? Furthermore, the staff all seem to hang around chatting a lot. Perhaps you need less of them. Cheese toastie was nice though and the coffee is really good.

Average food but one of the better big 4 supermarket cafes compared to the others.

Very poor quality of beef. Two weeks running we have purchased an small extra lean roasting joint. Both weeks the meat has been full of fat. We thought the first one was just a bad piece, but two in succession cannot be a coincidence. We were only able to salvage 4 very small slices from their latest taste the difference beef. I have tasted the difference, it’s shocking I am far from impressed. I won’t be wasting my money here anymore and I suggest your customers don’t either. The rest of their fresh produce is usually very good. Just need to sort out their supplier of beef.

Nice hot food. Clean and tidy, good choices. Reasonable prices.
