We visited this place twice during our vacation, and both times a great experience! The view is phenomenal. We went for a coffee, strudel and Kaiserschmarren. The hosts are nice and the place as a whole has a great ambience. You can reach the place by car. Definitely a recommendation!

We went on a family holiday with two kids (ages 6 and 4) and stayed at the guesthouse for 10 days. The accommodations are clean and everything is very tidy. IT is very convenient to get to nearby towns and villages to visit, get groceries, petrol etc. There is a simple but nice playground for the children just next to the guesthouse, so the kids could play while we relaxed on the terrace or at the restaurant.The food at the restaurant is excellent. We're vegetarian so our choices were very limited, but what we could eat was delicious.The staff are very friendly (thanks Petra and Roman!), welcoming and helpful.The area is breathtaking. We plan to go back to this guesthouse the next time we're in Tyrol.

Authentic Austrian cuisine featuring local ingredients and classic dishes done in true Austrian style. The Weiner Schnitzel, for example, is pan fried in butter instead of deep fried in oil. Delicious. The local stream trout was delicious. Dumplings were beautifully presented. Salad greens were fresh and perfectly drizzled with house dressing. The decor is perfect for the mountain top setting. Worth the drive.
