The view was of a SWIMMING POOL. The lobster bisque tasted like a can of Campbells tomatoe soup. The steak was smothered in a horrible tasting sauce, couldn't even eat it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. We had pre-arranged for our group to come in and had a preset meal. We did not receive our food for 2 hours! That’s not an exaggeration. We asked for bread to tide us over while we continued to wait and they said “it would take too long.” Completely unacceptable experience. It wasn’t just our group that was waiting for hours, it was seemingly the entire restaurant. If you want cold food and a long wait, go to The View.

I was flat out disappointed with our experience at the view. They use their great “view” to lure you in but the food and services was horrific. It took them 45 min for us to get out first round of drinks. The lobster bisque was really tomato soup with chunks of lobster thrown in it. Dinner didn’t come out for 2 hours and when it arrived it was cold. Many of the steak knives were dull and couldn’t cut. When I asked the manager about it she was very unapologetic. If you are trying to have an enjoyable dining experience look elsewhere.
