Kfc Hutan Melintang Perak - Teluk Intan

It is like no use of ordering food with the KFC apps for self-release. I wait there for almost 15 minutes to collect my commands. I asked for extra chili sauce, but they didn't even put a single sauce in them, and some chickens were cold, as if they had mixed that huh. I'm just gonna give two stars this time.

Delay service..i waited for 30 minutes for my zinger and the staff just playing around..i understand if it in busy period but there is no people in the restaurant!!! Even 10 people come after me finished withr their order. And the staff just terrible..not i single apology!!!! How worst can they be!!!!my 1st and last visit here...

I just hate this Hutan Melintang kfc , bcz by 27th Nov evening I bought 2 sets of classic dinner plate.. one of the set they give a spoiled chicken which is have small² worms ulat

Staffs need more training in dealing wz day to day operation issues ie while we were ordering they failed to inform customers that their ice machine is not working thus our beverage were serve at room temp..atleast someone could have just call the ice truck supplier to send them ice stocks, it is ridiculously a small issue but can be simply resolved.

The food is delicious and the service is excellent. The staff is polite.
