This is my place to go for karaoke in PIK area. Eventhough the service was not as good as the other karaoke, but the system and songs quite updated. Please train your employee more. I always ended up debating with the cashier because of their way of speaking. I don't know why we need to tell what kind of promotion or we would like to use and can not change after we chose it. It happened to me the last time here because I don't know they have a Mandiri Card promo because they didn't tell me any kind of promotion (you need to look or find it by yourself) and in my case I just notice it right after we entered the room and I saw it on the screen and then my friend said he got one. Already told the waiter on my floor before close bill, but then the main cashier down there said I chose not using any promo (and yes I did chose not using any promos) and can not change afterall. It just doesn't make sense to me.
