Bottega Italia - Temecula

Worst place to dine. I have book a reservation and when i arrived they placed us outside with no waitress to serve us. We waited for 20 minutes, not even water was offered the whole time. Servers just ignored us. We decided to leave, do not go to this place.

Note: reviewing just coffee and dessertWe were sightseeing in Temecula and happened to stumble onto this place for a quick stop. It was busy inside and out so we decided to order a quick dessert and coffee at the espresso bar. Service was quick and efficient, and they were very friendly. Decided to go with the pistachi cannolis since it was calling out my name from the glass. Had to pair it with a double espresso to give me energy to keep my nephew entertained lol This was one of the best tasting cannolis I've ever had! Perfect texture on it and the filling was phenomenal. Good quality coffee beans as well for the espresso. Our batista also recommended another type of cannoli for next time. I'll have to come back and try a meal next time but highly recommend the coffee if are in the area.

The food here is outstanding! We have had many incredible meals here. The bad experience I recent had was based on the customer service and poor communication.Wanted to purchase a gift certificate for a special gift and arrived on a Friday night only to be told they didn 't have any (currently out) but would have more in a few hours. Please keep in mind I drove 45 minutes to get here. My bad, I should have called ahead of time to confirm they had them available before making the drive. No problem, was planning to come back again the following evening. This time I called and was told they did have them. Stopped in only to be told (again) they were out. When I mentioned my experience and told them I had even called ahead to ensure they had them, I was then offered and insincere apology and questioned who did you talk to? . The manager said they did not get any more the evening before and that they didn 't know when more would come in.So bummed out that the lack of/poor communication on their end resulted in me not being able to purchase the gift card. I decided that I would take my business elsewhere and purchased a gift card from another small local business that had their business in order.Gonna miss eating here!

We were out shopping in old town, taking in the incredible vibe that this adorable town offers. We just happened to walk in front of Bottega Spirita and I instantly fell in love with everything that constitutes this establishment. The ceiling was unique, the floor, the velvet green chairs everything was just so on point. Not to mention they were playing some of the best music. We decided to have a pizza which was fired up and their brick oven to perfection. couple of little black marks, but I took them off. their pumpkin spice latte. Winner! The girl sitting next to us had the cannolis and said they were absolutely to die, for we simply didn't have room left, but told ourselves the next time we come into town. This is where we are headed back to. There's good street parking very dog friendly indoor outdoor space . Tons of delicious food to select from the menu. Lots of great pastries and did I mention they have a full bar.

I only tried desserts, specifically gelato and the pistachio cake and both were so delicious. These desserts were truly flavorful and the presentation was great, too. The menu itself appeared to have a variety of pizzas and Italian dishes. Hopefully I can make a stop here again soon for a meal.The interior was clean and cute! From the outside, the restaurant wouldn't appear to be anything special and it's quiet surprising how cute it looks inside. If you have kids, I feel outdoors might be best as the seating indoors are chairs and not very comfortable for kids. It is gated outside (yay! .
